Returns & Exchanges

For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Defective products MUST be reported to us or your Party XO Consultant within 24 hours of receipt. Anything over 24 hours, you will need to contact the actual manufacturer that's printed on the product's packaging. We highly advise you to test all battery operated items immediately upon receipt. Upon call, we will check the tracking information for clarification of package delivery. Faulty items may or may not need to be returned. Directions will be given. Please be sure to keep the packaging in case of a needed return. Before you return any item, /return/insert. If you are required to return your package, please include: The original packing slip, and a note stating " what the problem was. Please allow up to 3-5 business days to receive your replacement. We are dedicated to carrying only the highest quality products and maintaining attentive customer service. On occasion, shipping and handling can cause damage to products, as well as products coming damaged from the manufacturer, in which we have no control over nor are aware of. We will make every effort to correct the situation so you are completely satisfied. We hope you have been and will be happy with our services.



Shipping cost is $9 for each order.

We ship to the Continental 48 states only. No Alaska or Hawaii

We do not ship to PO Boxes or Military Boxes. You must have a residential address.

All items are shipped via UPS, USPS or Fedex.

All items are shipped within 48-72 hours of cleared payments.
